Do I need to send the original invitation?

Yes, please. Working with the original document gives us the flexibility we need to create the clearest copy for your pillow. 

What is the turnaround time?

Pillows are usually shipped within 3 weeks of receiving your order. 

What are the shipping costs?

Pillows are gift wrapped  in a cellophane bag with curly ribbons and shipped by USPS priority mail and the cost varies by region. Pillows going to the northeast US (Maryland to Maine) ship for $14 and pillows shipping anywhere else in the US ship for $19.

How do I choose the fabric?

When your order is received you will get fabric options by email or text. Usually, we can provide 2-4 different fabric ideas from which to choose. Your input is essential and welcomed so we know whether your pillow will be frilly, or funky, or floral or something else entirely!

How do I pay?

Checks are the preferred payment method but we do accept credit cards. Please enter your credit card info on the downloadable order form on the home page. Please enclose payment at the time of your order.

Your input into the design process is important and will enable you help us design the perfect pillow. Due to the customized nature of these gifts, returns are not accepted.
